Terrible service after Coquis have your money

<p>I bought a suite at the Centruion outket last week and the trousers needed alteration and the jacket just the basic stuff like opening the pockets etc.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I got there to pick it up today the following happened:</p> <p>- My trousers's seam was not done as I asked - I want it in the fold over style. The person who measured the adjustments asked me explicitly how I wanted it, but could hardly remember me and also told me that it is not his fault and pointed to someone else.</p> <p>- The alterations on the jacket was not done properly as the thread was not even properly removed. For this the salesman blamed the lady working in the back and somehow got me involved - very unprofessional.</p> <p>- The jacket was filthy and covered in dust and lint. No effort was even app**** to try and clean it before I got ther. The jacket has frays which are starting to show on its collar, which werent there last week.</p> <p> </p> <p>I paid R3500 for this suite and this is the type of service I received. Clearly a customer does not matter as soon Coquis have secured your money.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am utterly dissappointed and will not ever return or recommend anyone to them. </p>
