Rude and inconsistent service, pricing from Ballito based print company

The owner Jess is extremely rude, she does not know how to speak to customers and quite frankly needs a little lesson in manners. Their pricing is totally off the going rate plus it fluctuates to how she feels on a given day . When I asked her why it was so expensive she bluntly said she will not argue with me, that's the price and I am not obligated to use them . Funny how she would say that when I was actually looking at using them going forward but clearly she isn't bothered with the new business .. I can assure you sue won't last long with an attitude like that ... Nasty woman!
