service suck

They charge me R56.00 for one emails!! That is ****************! Then all I asked them if I can use there pen to sign the document and she refused and sai I must buy my own pen! Really! There is not person there ever that smile ever, they all are allways rude and never go out of there way to help, I do a lot of work there and can't believe they allways sad and stressed. They really does not know anything about customers service. Besides there massive prices they refuse to let me use there pen to sign.
