Unprofessional and bad quality service and product

Horrible service. Got a price in WhatsApp but when we got to the store, the price increased cos the person that typed the WhatsApp was not qualified to give prices. Paid the asking price but the product was not as discussed. We were told that we did not understand what was discussed and apparently everyone that works at the store had the time to listen to the discussion of the order and actually remembered it a week later (word for word). The Manager / Owner and her team are absolutely unprofessional, arrogant and disrespectful. In my view, many of them are ****s and none of them are customer orientated. I have supported this store for years but will not anymore...This store is a *******.
