Horrible service
No words can accurately describe the shameful level of service received. So as advice for anyone wishing to be a customer, please note the following... If you have already made payment online, you will need to make a second payment when you arrive due to discrepancies between the 2 systems. This is at your expense and Copy Magic Malvern will not take any responsibility for their employees' mistakes. Make sure you do not point out the error, or you will be told you are being rude and arrogant. Please note that pricing given is guaranteed to change at any moment, as the employees do not understand how their systems work. At the customer's expense, the owner claims there would rather "look after the health and well-being of there employee", and instead of addressing the error with them, they prefers to let customers walk out, recommending them to take their business elsewhere.t The owner then went out of her way to try call me and because I didn't not pick up the call went out of her way to type me a message just to make the paying customer feel belittled.
Then the message I received from management telling me my money is not worth the staffs well being and I should take my business else where from the manager
This is the full chat about the product that was done incorrectly. So because I did not specify that every page was so be laminated it's my fault but not to mentioned the quotation is not done as a full run down firstly for example

A5 print per page x14 pages @R7.00 R98
A5 lamanation per page x14 @R7.50 R105
Wire binding of pages R16.50
Total quotation price R229. 50
I was just told a price which I paid where as if I received a full run down I would of picked up on the error and fixed it before hand.
In my option the individuals dealing with me could of also asked how many pages do you wnat laminated considering there was more then one page not just assumed the front and backm expecually if it's a gift for a one year old baby. Everyone know a little baby will rip paper apart. Hence the request for lamination.
Thank you to Wendy however for calling and trying to straighten things out as the owner. Regardless I will not use copy magic again as this is only one example I f the multiple mistakes I've received from them.
Also it would do a customer well to not only conside my review but that of many others who say the staff there have bad attitudes. Because I was told that I'm young and it's my generation that like to create drama.
