AWESOME SERVICE FROM COPWATCH

I just want to share a wonderful experience I recently had from Anthonie. About a week or two ago, two of my remotes for my alarm system wouldn't activate or deactivate my alarm. On opening the remote, I couldn't find any batteries so was a bit puzzled as to how the remote actually works. I called Anthonie from Copwatch as they are my security company. Anthonie asked me to take a photograph of the remote and send it to him by MMS which I duly did. A few minutes later, Anthonie called me back and advised me that the remotes take the flat batteries and that if I wanted, he would go and get the batteries for me and bring them to my house. Anthonie also advised me that I could get the batteries at any dry cleaners as well. <br> <br> <br> Although I went to the dry-cleaners and bought the batteries myself, I was extremely impressed that Anthonie was willing to go and buy the batteries for me and deliver them to my house. Thank you Anthonie for such amazing service. It is people like you who understand customer service and make this world a much better place.
