Ignoring customer concerns.

I ordered and paid for some replacement parts for my FlyHi Quad Copter that I had purchased from Copter Junction. The parts that arrived were incorrect. I mailed Brian at Copter Junction explaining that the parts are incorrect. This mail and others were just ignored. Eventually he rep**** to me saying that my FlyHi quad copter he sold me less than 5 months ago was out dated and he no longer carried parts for them. I rep**** to his mail asking why he had supp**** parts that would not fit my now 5 month old Quad Copter again no response my mail is ignored. I commented on Copter Junctions Face Book page and the response was almost instantaneous unfortunately the response was that my comment was deleted and I was blocked. People should not be allowed to conduct business in this way.
