Absolutely disappointed in their service

Absolutely disappointed in their service. Waited over a month for my product which I still have not received. Waiting again for my refund which they provide no feedback about. Everytime I follow up with them there is a different story. Their customer service is beyond disappointing. I’d definitely suggest you try them out if you are seeking frustration cause I mean really???
