Terrible customer experience

On arrival, noone welcomed us into restaurant, eventually someone came when we walked further in. Waitress took our drinks order and it was brought to our table by a different waitress who didn’t bother to introduce herself. Food was brought pretty quickly and tasted good but when looking for our waitress she could not ne found. She never checked on us until the food was done and on bringing bill did not bother to say thank you for tip, possibly as my husband checked her previously. No ambience or welcoming atmosphere and no visibility of management. This restaurant should send their staff to train with Bossa Sunningdale if they want to know what true customer experience is. We will not be back
