Copper Chimney Phoenix Plaza bad service

I stumbled upon Copper Chimney during load shedding which was open (usually a create of habit and will frequent places where I know the food is good and quick service) I ordered bunny chows, when I got home, there was an empty, used salad packet and one of the bunny's looked like someone else's left overs were used. This would have been the last visit but I told my son they had Chicken tikka. When I bought this a few days later, it was dry and tasteless. The salad was disappointing with 2 pieces of carrot and 2 pieces of cucumber and lettuce. I also waiting for an hour before my food came. Every time I enquired, how much longer, I was completely ignored. Seems that regular customers gets preference which I have seen. They have no system.
