Unprofessional & unfair social worker

I (father/complainant) had an issue with the mother of my baby not taking care of my daughter, she left baby next door where the baby wasn’t taken good care of & claims that’s the baby’s nanny & did a lot of wrong things. I went to COPESSA Proea Glen to seek advice & they called her in & spoke to her, I was assisting by Ms Florence Hlangoti this lady is very baiase she sides with women even when they are at fault, and resolves nothing, she is so unprofessional & wants to see kids grow up without their fathers. Men shouldn’t go there for assistance there’s no help there trust me am a witness
