Poor Service and Unprofessional Staff

I've had multiple disappointing experiences with Copalcor. Their response time to emails is painfully slow—it usually takes anywhere from 5 to 6 hours, sometimes even 2 days just to get a reply. It genuinely feels like they’re doing you a favor by responding, rather than simply doing their job.

Even worse, when you visit their premises, the staff seem more interested in chatting about personal nonsense on the phone or with each other than actually assisting customers. There’s a complete lack of professionalism, and standing there waiting while they ignore you is beyond frustrating.

If you're looking for efficient service and professionalism, look elsewhere—Copalcor is simply not worth the hassle.
