BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BY KHANYI AT COPALCOR WADEVILLE

I bought stock in December last year only to find that the poles were a wrong size, took the poles back and Copalcor in Germiston said they would refund me, they required a bank confirmation letter which I went and got please bear in mind i am 73 years with diabetes during this pandemic as i dont use online banking. I mailed the letter requesting the refund of R2362 to be processed to my account KHAYI didnt find the need to respond to my email i called here on several occasions with no vail, Wednesday i send another email asking for feedback KHANYI has not bothered to respond nor come to the phone when i call. KHAYI learn to respect your elder your service is Bad, as i have not been refunded as yet
