Staff cannot seem to perform basic tasks

I sent my driver to bring my inverter to the Jetpark branch so it can be inspected as the inverter was not working properly. The staff at Cooper Power cannot perform basic tasks like taking down an email address and sending a quotation to inform me what is actually wrong with the inverter. So after two days I had my driver collect the inverter.
