How Sad?

<p>I had my Wildtrac bakkie fitted with Discoverer A/T3 SUV tyres. After replacing one because of poor sidewall structure, I started experiencing problems with another one. I phoned the fitment centre where I bought these tyres and from the beginning of my complaint all I received was a real negative attitude. There was a list as long as my arm to explain to me why this claim would not be approved, this after anybody had already inspected the tyre. I eventually met up with Gerard who assisted me and inspected the tyre. After a week I received a reply from Cooper Tyres which read, tyre has run flat/underinflation caused by puncture, impact, road hazard, excessive load, improper inflation pressure. Not a manufacturing defect and therefore is not claimable. When reading the reviews on hellopeter and Cooper tyres not responding I immediately knew what I was dealing with. This is really a shame. </p>
