Unprofessional agents

<p>I was contacted today by an agent, don't remember her name,(She advised she will only disclose her company name and her details once she receives a payment from me) She was extremely rude and unprofessional. Did not confirm if I'm the correct party and just went on to reveal my moms account details, I told her I'm not the person she's seeking but hey she still went on and on. Pick up the recordings of her and her so called manager who is just as unprofessional and teach them some telephone etiquette and s**** on the laws governing debt collectors and debtors aswell.</p>
