Struggling to get a rescinded letter

<p>hello</p> <p> </p> <p>i have paid my account in full and I received a paid</p> <p>up letter which stated that Flemix will assist with</p> <p>the removal of the court judgement made against my</p> <p>name. But every time I call or send an email all I get from</p> <p>the staff is they are not credit bereau which I think personally it's unprofessional and very poor service on their behalf. I have done my part I feel it's only fair they do theirs </p>
