rescission of judgement

Since September 2014 I've waiting for these people to remove the judgement they have against my name but until now nothing has happened. the worse part of it all is that no one has a clear answer of what is happening. they say this process normally takes about 8 weeks but in this case its already heading to 6 months and still nothing is happening. I've to Ashley De Bruin and Johnathan Aukett several times about it since they are the ones handling the case but the answer i get is the same I've been getting since the beginning of the case. Now i can't even move on living my life because of this thing holding me back. These people are not so helpful. The number of complaints compared to complements says a lot about the incompetency of the company and the people working for it. Its really amazing that the company is even allowed to operate. I know they will rush to reply in not so many words lying about assisting me while they are not doing anything about it. Your website says you have powerful debt collection strategies and the exceptional education and training of your stuff , surely you guys meant exceptional ******* and training them how to be so *********** and rob people.
