Refund Due

<p>I made a payment in error to Flemix in September 2016. I was told that I will get my refund within 14 working days.</p> <p>it has been 3 months and nothing. When ever you phone to find out what is going on Lindiwe refuses to transfer any of the calls through to anyone person in charge. Jenny who is "handling the query" never gets back to you.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone please get back to me that can actually tell me what is going on?</p>
