Refund

I had a loan with bridge loans and was garnished by Flemix and Associates which was acting on their behalf,but on the Garnish order that was received by my employer it only had an amount of R7637.69 which i paid off and they also sent a separate invoice of R12000 saying its remaining interest which was also payed off then they sent another invoice of R3000 which was also payed up and thats when i realised that i m being *****ed up i decided to report them to NCR and i was promised the refund from the 21st of september which was going to take 14 days and when i try to call them i being told that who promised me the refund after 14 day they are saying that they have sent the letter of the refund to bridge loans but when i call bridge loans i m being told that they did not receive anything from Flemix.What surprises me is that i have sent them my ID copy and bank statement on the 21st of September as requested but now i being told stories.Please assist me to get speedily progress.
