Refund
I have submitted the documents to process my refund to [Email Removed] however have not receive a any feedback nor acknowledge of receipt. I then contacted *** and was informed that the refund was submitted to finance I then asked the lady to put me through to finance and she responded by saying that they don't take calls from the public I asked her can you please give me more info on my refund hence I needed to know what amount is being refunded back to me. and her response was sorry I cant help you because that is being done by finance and you must just wait for 14 days. I was totally shocked at her response and lack of assistance. Firstly if it is my money then I should be communicated to about the amount and when the refund will happen I should not be told that I must wait for 14 days and by law it is MY MONEY. <br> THIS SERVICE IS TOTALLY UNPROFFESIONAL AND I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE FEEDBACK

It is policy that the refund takes a minimum of 14 days in order for our client to refund the money to us.
The refund has already been requested from our client. They will confirm the exact amount and as such we do not know what it is going to be at this point and time.
