Paying Double

Good day<br> <br> I don't know how many times do I have to complain about this company. I ask for the settlement amount and I was told I don't qualify. Today I spoke to Jenny and asked her for the statement and the settlement letter as I need to settle this account. they responded by sending me an email that says to settle I have to pay R3795.06 and the statement shows that I owe them R3406.69. Am I not suppose to pay less when I settle, why is the settlement amount bigger than the statement. I have complained that I was paying double the amount I owed. and when I asked that they explain the amount to me, no one can give me the clear amount. the first complaint that I send I received an email saying they are looking into the account, I must remove the complaint on hellopeter, and it took them four months to respond to me after that. everytime I have to call and ask for the statement and whenever I send emails I don't receive any feedback until I call and complain. This company has taken R24000 out of my pay when I initially owe R12000. I need help please, I am being **********.
