Paid up letter request

<p>I had a n account that was handed over to Flemix & Ass, and have paid it in full, I am now struggling to get a paid letter from them, since they explain the procedure of 3 working days of which I do not dispute. The problem started when they later explained to me that amount of R3,00 is still reflecting on my account. That is not my fault, I was not made aware of this amount before as they today 05/01/2017 advise me that it might even take more than 3 working days for them to send me a paid up letter. It will depend on their legal team's response for me to get the letter. The urgency of this request was explained to them several times. Please assist me asap. I am not pleased with the service at all.</p>
