Need balance of Account urgently

I had an account with Amplisol in 2002 fro the amount of R14 000.00 odd , i was then retrenched in the same year and never heard from them until in 2012 i suddenly out of nowhere get a judgement against me for the amount of R39330.00 sent to my employee via a court in Kimberley together with a garnishee order for the amount of R1017.31 to be deducted from my salary . because it was in Kimberley i could not go back to court to fight the amount , however my employee deducted it since 2012 regularly every month and paid it over , it is now 2015 and if i add the amount paid over it is already over R33 000.00 paid to them. i now need a statement to check if my employee has made the payments regularly without default and need balance outstanding . your urgent response in this matter will be appreciated.
