Ned bank account

I am so unhappy about my Ned bank account <br> They give me a settle amount R3100.00 please see attach emails <br> Now today I find out I must pay a balance of R1100. Please see all payments attach <br> All together I have paid R3250.00.<br> I give them proof within 7 days after giving them proof they confirm they will come back to my within 3 days (7/09/2015). I had to call today to find out what is happing with the above account no I must pay more on the account. They is other people that don't worry to pay at all.
