******* Garnish Order
In 2010 I received a letter from coombe & associates for outstanding debt that I have which I did not sign for but now in 2015 I received an email from flemix & associates showing me that I signed for the letter but upon receiving the attached file and inspection of the document on pages 2,5,6,7,8 and 9 that is not my signature.<br> I did not sign the document to have a judgement granted against my name neither did I sign for a garnish order on my salary.<br> <br> To me this is ***** that your company has committed against me by forging my signature on pages 2,5,6,7,8 and 9.<br>

I confirm that I am looking into this.
Kindly provide me with an affidavit with 10 proof signatures confirming that you did not sign the consent to judgment.
Further please provide me with the back of your driver's licence in order for us to fully investigate the matter.
Lastly kindly confirm why you have been paying this debt since 2010. You even went so far in 2012 as to request a payment reduction.
Please advise why you waited for 5 years before stating that you did not sign any documentation.
Further advise as to why you requested statements during this period but never disputed the garnishee previously.
