******* deduction for a paid up account

i have paid up my capitec account and received their paid up letter from them confirming my loan is paid in full. They even said Flemix is no longer handling their accounts, the was a deduction from my salary for capitec of which my employer got the instruction from Flemix saying i havent paid up my account. My Payroll said they received letter from Flemix on the 8th December 2014 stating i still owe R10529.26. where does this come from??? Today I spoke to Janie Regads from flemix who was unable to answer my question about the letter that was sent to my employer while account is paid, I am going to report this to CPA this is *****. someone must call me and give me a better explanation why this happened, i cant wait to expose you how can you just claim a money out of nowhere while account is paid? The reference of my payments is C01 - *** i have escalated this with capitec to investigate my account if you have been deducting the money that you were not supposed to the will be a hell to pay.
