I WANT FEEDBACK!!
I want to name and shame this firm, Initial Amount was R27541.08 to date I have paid R31000. Carla was very quick to send me the documents i signed and all of a sudden she cant answer why i have paid over R30000 - and they want to tell me that i still owe them R22000 after almost 3 years of paying a R1000 garnish every single month. i want my refund and i want an explanation why they could not see this before i decided to follow it up myself - now she is not responding to my e-mails to tell me what the hell is going on! Judging from the complaints about this company this is clearly a norm with them. i want a letter for my HR Department before the next garnish in June and i want an ITC clearance letter, and my refund!!

You have been handed over to our offices with a balance of; R23 675.00. Plus interest of; 46.40% per annum to date of full payment, plus all costs that the Plaintiff may incur, together with cost of suit, collection commission and agent fees.
As advised we are in the process of amending the capital amount as per our clients instructions.
As soon as same is done you will be provided with an updated statement from Carla.
