Garnishing reduction

In 2011 I a tracer came to my workplace with a debt arrangement form which he said was to make payment arrangements and the capital amount was incorrect but I signed it anyway as he said that he will fix it afterwards which he never did. the consent amount for the incorrect capital amount was R1200.00. However when the capital amount was later changed on my statement to the correct one after numerous correspondence with Coombe and Experato. The incorrect garnishing amount was R9400 and the correct one is R2200. Due to overdebtness I arranged for a lesser amount to be paid for amount of R100 per month which was accepted by Coombe and Associates and Experato. I do acknowledge that my monthly payments was not on time . 4 years later Flemix and Associates is now wanting me to pay the original consent amount as per the incorrect garnishing order of R1200 of which they declined for reduction of instalment due to me having a ADSL line,AVON and KFC payments on my bank statement . i have explained that AVON and ADSL is used to get extra income as I cannot make do with the money I get out on a monthly basis . to My debt has increased from R2300 to more than R11 000.
