GARNISHEE!!! *******!!!!!

A EAO was sent to my employer in 2011 although I cannot remember the date properly. I was never given a chance to go to court or anything but that's how these things go in any case, so.... The amount to be taken off was R200 which I could afford. I have been paying this since then through a garnishee and when I called Flemix to find out what my balance was, I got the shock of my life when I found out that the balance is waaaay more than the original amount which I have been paying off. I have attached both the EAO and the statement that was sent to me by Flemix. Is this not the most ridiculous thing you have ever seen? How did I go from paying off R9520.70 in 2011/2012 to owing R13,908.34 in 2015, having been paying every month. <br> <br> Is this not a contravention of the In Duplum rule in terms of section 103(5) of the National Credit Act. I feel that we are being exploited as consumers and this is unfair practice. You cannot expect me to pay such a ridiculous amount when you even failed to give me a chance to go to court and state my case. You guys are just parasites!!! I plan to take this to the credit ombudsman if there is no satisfactory resolution<br>
