Garnish order was fully paid but two months later

Since last year 2014 January i was paying a garnish order FLEMIX & ASSOCIATES INCORPORATED ATTORNEYS. Rererence: Me. A. De beer . My Reference: C***. In my payslip it was showing the amount deducted and the balance. They were deducting R1097 a month until march 2015 and the balance was now R777.45 and by the end of April 2015 it was fully paid with a balance of zero zero. From then i was expecting a settlement letter instead I was called my HR at work to tell me that my Garnish Order will start over again and i have to sign of which i denied and she said it will start over even if i didn't sign . I am confused i don't how long am i going to pay for this and what i remember it was a loan of R6500,00 that i fail to pay it back full in time .
