flemix refuses to give client remodelled statement

These people have incorrectly charged me above the legal collection fees and when I started a process of investigation they promised a remodelled statement. This process started in September 2014 and up to date they refuse to give me the statement and feedback. And they are still deducting the money from my salary every month without giving us the proper statement. This debt was double garnished and they seem to want to continue this deduction indefinitely for a debt that was 4 times smaller than what they have already taken from me.
