Good day.<br> On the 20th May 2015 amount of R853.91 was deducted from my Fnb Bank acc as agreed a from Oct 2013 until loan is paid up.<br> In May 2015 the balance of R206.74 was to be deducted 20th May 2015 but the amount of R853.91 deducted.<br> I called and mailed on the 21.05.15 JENNY RICKETT, she said we have to wait until the payments allocated.<br> Then I have followed on weekly basic but no joy...<br> She was very rude she even told I should not budget on a Refund, that's my money I can do what I want to with my money.<br> I also want someone to check if the interest that was added to this Loan is correct.<br> It's been 2 months that I'm waiting for a Refund of R647.17 <br> 1. It was Payment has to allocated<br> 2. it was it takes 14days to be refunded<br> 3. Finance has to do the refund.<br> 4. Now Finance has a Very Big Back Log...<br> I don't care l need my money and with the interest that I have Paid for nearly 2 years... <br> Please assist me.<br> Regards.<br> Loraina Campher. <br>
