Delaying
I requested a statement from this company and when I asked for a settlement the figures were different from the statement and it did not include the monies paid and now that I am asking for a settlement they are not willing to give it to me and I really want to put this matter to rest as soon as possible before my employer's salary department closes and I have explained to them accordingly
