Caught in between

I have an account which is being handled by Flemix and Associates. I must say, though my query has not yet been resolved to my satisfaction, I have to acknowledge that Ashley DeBruin who is assisting me this far has been great with her feedback. It is not everyday that one logs a query and gets a response within the same day. Totally unheard of these days. Now if only I can get the feedback that will make me happy, that is the only downside because it is almost one month since I logged the query :-). Other than that, Kudos Flemix, now lets resolve my issue.
