Worst communication

She sells jewelry online which are very nice, but when you contact her she has no communication at all. I ordered a bracelet that was out of stock. She noted as such on the invoice but never bothered to tell me if I had to change it as she still added the out of stock bracelet in the total cost of the invoice. I had to ask her if i am to replace it with something else. Then she makes it clear on her order details that you have to make sure that the number for the bracelet you order is correct which is all fair. When I got my order, one bracelet was incorrect and made sure on the invoice she sent that it was not my mistake. So I emailed her very politely regarding this as this specific one was a gift and chosen specifically for what was on it. The one I got was not nearly as pretty. Its a full month later and have received NO reply from her. I think that terrible way to do business and had to pay for something I did not ask for. Would never recommend her to anyone. Don't appreciate the lack of communication at all.
