If you want slow service use Coolshades. After having a rep - Viv come to my premises to give a quote (12 Nov) - it took over a week (20 Nov) to actually receive the handwritten quotation (I was promised it the next day of which I had to call and complain to the MD - Dean before receiving a week and 1 day later). Thereafter I confirmed telephonically to go ahead and to confirm a date of installation. After the rep Viv confirmed that the installation would be done before Christmas (could not give a date or even an estimated date - just that it would be done and that my job had been booked in for production - 3 weeks of endless calling for installation date, I get a call to say that they will not have it installed as I never paid the deposit ....um while I still needed a date of installation - why would I pay when they can not confirm the installation date?? Together with this I then get told that Dean would like to do a site inspection ...... well that never happened either as there were continues excuses. If you want slow, poor service and endless excuses - I highly recommend to use Coolshades.
