Shocking service

I will never use this company again. The salesperson Roy Baleson was great, but that’s where any positive experience ended. It took more than twice as long to deliver as initially promised. Dates and times were set for installation and were never met. I was **** to repeatedly and the onus was on me to follow up to establish why agreed upon deadlines were not met. The factory manager Robby Janse van Vuuren repeatedly made excuses for the non-delivery. A thoroughly frustrating experience.
