Incapable, *********** & dishonest

<p>Got a quote for a residential awning in August, confirmed order, installation date (3-4 weeks) and paid 50% deposit (R20,000) on 6th October. Despite numerous requests, pleas, etc, unable to get them to perform as per contract. Advised them on 4th January that I would be taking my business elsewhere unless someone responded to my situation. Finally got a response from the company owner on 20th January, who insisted that there would be no refund of deposit and who then subsequently hung up the phone 3 times on me when trying to discuss. Defintaley would advise staying as far away from them as possible and can certainly recemmend another crew who stepped and managed to do in 2 weeks, what this useless bunch were unable to do in 4 months. </p>
