********** Operations from Cool Ideas

Absolutely horrid customer service, and I didn't yet have my first month with Cool Ideas.

First I follow all the correct procedures for ordering a package. I was told to wait for OpenServe's call/confirmation that they will come install. 3/4 days pass and eventually I get an email from Cool Ideas that OpenServe is not live in my area (despite it saying so on Cool Ideas' website as well as OpenServe's website and app, not to mention my countless sightings of OpenServe vans in the area). Cool Ideas say that because OpenServe is not live in the area they are cancelling the order.

This morning I recieved a call from OpenServe saying they are available on such and such days for installation. This annoyed me as I found a really good fibre deal through OpenServe and Cool Ideas and was excited to set it up with them, but it seems like Cool Ideas really did not want my business.

Anyway, I decided to go with 5G from Rain, hoping this is a bit more of a convenient process.
