Deposit taken, no delivery

I needed to replace the cloth on a shadeport. Coolshade were VERY quick to send the salesperson to quote on 16 February. At the time he said that delivery would take 2 weeks. I paid 50% deposit on 17 February. To date (5 weeks later) they have not fulfilled my order.. An employee called Jacques (no surname provided) has phoned me, has made vague promises, but there is never an actual promise as to when the job will be done.<br> <br> I cannot warn other people enough to stay away from this example of ineptitude and don't-give-a-f**k company service.<br> <br> Today I will be laying ******** charges against Coolshade.
