Coolshade - Poor Service

<p> </p> <p>We paid a 50% deposit in December 2016 to Coolshade for Shadeports, it is now February 2017 and they only managed to plant the poles for shade nets. The person who apparently works with orders is never available and never returns phone calls. They have promised to put up the nets by 06Feb 2017 and never pitched, and no phone calls returned with answers as to when they will complete the job. </p>
