2 Months waiting, no call backs, so cancelled the order!

<p>Hi, My mother contacted Coolshade to come install 2 awnings. We had awnings put up before at our previous place but that company no longer exists, unfortunately, so we randomly chose to use Coolshade. In the beginning the sales rep Mark was great and very helpful. My mother made her choices and was told, after paying the deposit it will be installed within 3 weeks! This is when everything went pear shaped. After 4 weeks my mother hadn't heard from them so she contacted them, and was told that the colour she selected was no longer available. So another week worth of meeting up and choosing a different colour. after another few weeks went by, and wih my mother having to follow up again, they came out to install the awnings. Only to find out that the one above the kitchen door doesn't fit as it wouldn't allow the door to open. The installer contacted my mother and told her that he's now taken the correct measurements and will need to redo it. At least they managed to install one successfully. It's been a few more weeks since then, they don't bother to phone back even the switchboard lady commented to my mother saying she doesn't understand why no one phones back with all the messages she has left with her. Long story shortened, their sales rep doesn't know how to measure and no one at the company knows how to return phone calls. My mother left another message saying that she's cancelling the order, and now they returning her phone calls. Lucky for us the deposit covers the one awning that was installed.</p>
