Wrongfully accused of theft with no evidence or substance

<p>I had a very bad and disgusting experience at this place this Saturday. I walked in to check the prices, with a possibility to take rides but before I could drive away, I was labeled a cellphone *****. The owner parked his car behind me, blocking my way and when I asked if I could leave, he said, ‘I gotchu, you cannot leave.’ In the meantime he had already called the police and without explaining anything to me he continued to block my car and refusing to let me leave or say anything but, ‘the footage will prove it.’ When the police got there, with 3 vehicles and sirens. He then talked to them and drove away, apparently to review the footage while they proceeded and searched my vehicle. I then asked the lady whose phone was ****** if she had seen me, my brother or my PREGNANT wife ***** her phone and her response was, ‘yes and you probably hid it somewhere,’ her defense later was the owner had told her they have it on footage. I then went to the control room with 2 police men and they went inside and walked out after some 20-30 minutes just to tell me that you can go sir. He never apologized for wasting my time and keeping my PREGNANT wife with no remorse at all in the hot Saturday soon with no evidence or proof of any wrong doing, just suspicion if I may regrettably say for being the only people of color at the premises when this supposedly happened. After everything all he could say is you understand, I have to do this to protect my customers, well, I was one of them but you chose not to protect me.</p>
