Worst experience in Cape Town. We booked online, the terms and conditions were mispresented and not honoured. Rude and agressive staff, did not want to refund us and because we insisted on refund, they wanted to chase us of the premises. Shocking that the place is still in business in view of all the negative reviews including complaints on health and safety pointed out in reviews.
