Verbally abused by owner

<p>It was our 1st time at cool runnings in Cape Town we had no idea what we were doing. We were not given any instructions about the ride just sent down... </p> <p>There are no safty precaution in place or safty equipment. So my sister went down and was thrown from the ride and was just hurt everywhere so she went to 1st aide and the owner immediately was irritated with us that we were even there and shouted that only my brused, bloodied and Bearly walking sister could go into 1st aide... obviously I was concerned and wanted to go in with her, when I did Frank (the owner) came to me and shouted in my face that if he said only she could come in that I was to listen to that and I couldn't be there. I told he I wanted to support my sister as she was thrown from the ride and really hurt. He shouted some more and stormed away. Once we got a plaster.... We walked out and I told my husband this guy shouted at me, so my husband asked him why he was shouting at me? He processed to tell my husband that what he does or says has nothing to do with him and if he doesn't like it then he's welcome to never come back. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is establishment is disgusting! As my sister was thrown from the ride one of the marshals simply shouted for her to get back in. They told her she was holding up the rise never mind that she landed on her head. Not one person showed even a little bit of concern and as we were standing there another little girl came off the ride and the 1st aide lady was seeing to her in the field. </p> <p> </p> <p>I cannot believe how awful this experience was! Honestly one of the worst establishments I have ever been to. </p>
