Rude and Arrogant Manager
<p>I posted my story 7(seven) times on COOL RUNNINGS facebook page and everytime it got deleted...</p> <p> </p> <p>On 3rd January 2017, I experienced the most terrible service from COOL RUNNINGS!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Firstly, the person, later known to me as the owner Marius(if its even his real name); was highly irritated and rude with me when trying to establish if I will be able to sit with my daughter who has a disability.....</p> <p> </p> <p>Secondly, he was even more irritated when he heard that she is disabled (not even giving me a chance to explain her type of disability). He was very rude and arrogant.</p> <p> </p> <p>When trying to establish what his name was another person named Frank/Peter (he himself not knowing his own name, because he gave me 2 different names); made a joke out of the whole conversation to say that "Marius" is only working there for 2 weeks and thats the reason why he is so arrogant and rude.</p> <p> </p> <p>These people went on making a joke of the whole situation, because later I was told that "Marius" is actually the OWNER...</p> <p> </p> <p>COOL RUNNINGS wont be seeing me or any of my family and friends.</p> <p> </p> <p>Their customer service is pathetic and they made no secret out of it that they discriminate against disabled people or parents of disabled children who also would just like to let their disabled child do and enjoy what "abled bodied" kids can do.. .</p>
