"Lawyer" refuse to stop smoking in front of my kids

<p>Today I visited Coolrunnings with my family and kids and was shocked in how ******** smokers can be, after asking politely for a so called "lawyer " to please not smoke in front of my kids, he said he can and will. Its his children and there is no sign saying he can't smoke and he is a lawyer and that there is no law saying he can't smoke between kids in an open area. And the management knows that they are flouting the smoking law deliberately. I wish someone would assist us in laying proper charges against the management of cool runnings for running a business without adhering to the smoking laws. The venue is based on rides for kids.</p>
