Horrible experience

<p>So on Sunday we had a family outing to this place with a whole bunch of kids. After the very first ride, my 11 year old nephew got off with blood dripping from his ear... We took him to the front desk and they were hopeless! Not a first aider in sight! </p> <p> </p> <p><br />So it turned out he cut his ear on a ribbon hanging down at the finish line- it's like a curtain and cannot be avoided at all! </p> <p> </p> <p><br />We thought that obviously the ride is not safe and would like a refund for the tokens we had left. The manager denied us any refund or sympathy... He sent us away, saying it's not that bad and a plaster would do.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />We took my nephew to the closest emergency room where he received 4 stitches and is now left with trauma as well.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />POOLY managed place. I will never advise anyone to take their kids here.</p>
