Bad service

I contacted coolpress on the 14th of January 2016 for an aircon regas I was told they have a summer special R300 everything from call out to service and regas included. I was told they would phone me the next day to make an appointment nobody phoned me I phoned them and was told the technician would come out at 14:00. Nobody showed I phoned the technician who never answered his phone and finally I got hold of the office who told me he is on his way more than an hour later he showed up. Then he replaced a compressor and coil and was told its R1050 I was not ask if he could replaced it he just did and informed me. After he left the aircon was still not working. I phoned the technician to come back he told me no he is tired. The next morning I got hold of the office finally they told me he would come back at 13:00 he never showed and he did not answer his phone. So after all of this I am still stuck with a broken aircon
